MOST CONSISTANT
in Northern League?

This being the second Tiger game this season thats been coverd by BS (Eagles at Tigers, Tigers at Panthers) but having covered quit a few of Lincolns games over the few years BS been around, such as their Championship Season in 07 (by BS), to their let down season in 09 (pix not posted). All along not really recognizing this one Special player...

Stacy Razo. Stacy Razo? From Lincoln? Emmm, I've heard of Belen Martinez, Amber Cabada, Reyna Dominguiz, names like that from Lincoln, is what most people would say if I was to ask that question.

But Stacy Razo, shes a 4 yr player, playing I guess what I would say "under the radar". "Behind the shadows" you could also say. Being consistant as much as quite behind those Lincoln greats that I just mentioned...

Stacys sophmore year (05-06), she bats alittle over .340 just over 40 plate appearances, Freshman year, (06-07), she hits over .380

in over 100 at bats. Lincoln wins the Invitational Championship Game covered by Best Sport. Junior season, Razo gets in a zone, she rips the league for a batting average close to .440, with over 110 plate visits. This season, her senior season, shes cooled down abit from last season but still batting close to .370, about her average. Gots to be one of the most feared in the League.

So I'm at Franklin covering the game vs Lincoln, of course Lincoln dominates, winning 17-2, expecting to see Stacy tear it up and what does she do? Stacy goes hitless with 1 recorded plate appearance. And Lincoln still scores 17? Guess Stacys still flying under the radars...But, shadows no more...If thats not consistant than I don't know what consistant is...I'll let you be the judge though.
