Eagle Rock beats Bravo 3-0
C.I.F. L.A. City Section 1st Round

Unfortunately for the Back to Back (08, 09) defending Northern League Champ Eagles, this would be there last win of the season. This victory in the 1st round over Bravo entered the Eagles into The City Bracket Playoffs instead of the Invitationals.
So down the Eagles go to visit Venice and get shut out 0-3 in the second round of the City Playoffs.

Unfortunately? Some ask. Yes, for some reason the Northern League just can't advance in the City Playoffs. Why? Why? Why? Somebody PLEASE help me understand why!

The last Northern League Team that had it pretty successful in the City Playoffs was the Wilson Girls Volleyball Team when they reached the 3rd round but lost to Venice 0-3 last season.

Other than that, no luck for us...Well here you got 3 pages, over 60 pictures of what some will call a good win, but in reality might have been the bad win.
